Goal

Prepare for the main part of the training unit, practicing the sequence of diving save

Organisation

Make a triangle out of the 3 small cones.
The goalkeeper starts in a kneeling position in the middle between the back of the triangle.
The coach stands facing the goalkeeper.

Action

Goalkeeper on his knees, coach shoots the ball alternately to both sides.

Goalkeeper extends knee in direction of fall and falls diagonally forward facing the ball.

Then, from the ground, he returns the ball to the coach, returns to the basic position on his knees and continues to the opposite side.
