This training session focuses on dealing with high balls and crosses in realistic game situations, with an emphasis on timing of the goalkeeper’s movement, dominance in aerial situations and effective distribution after securing the ball.

The objective of this session is to improve the goalkeeper’s ability to deal with crosses and high balls inside the penalty area, focusing on timing, positioning, aerial dominance and decision-making after securing possession.
